We accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of delivery under the following conditions:
• The rice must be in its original packaging and untampered.
• Product issues such as spoilage, damage, or wrong variety must be reported immediately.
• Exchange will be arranged after verification and approval.
Please note: due to the nature of the product, no returns will be accepted once the packaging has been opened.

• Delivery is free for orders that meet our minimum order quantity (varies by location).
• For smaller orders, a minimal delivery fee of ₱10.00 per sack applies.
• Authorised Retail Partners enjoy 2 free deliveries per month.
• Orders are delivered within 1–2 days after confirmation.
• Pickup option is available from our store in Baao, Camarines Sur.
