Store Policies

Delivery Policy

  • Delivery Charges (per sack, by quantity):

10–19 sacks: ₱30 per sack

20–29 sacks: ₱20 per sack

30–49 sacks: ₱10 per sack

50 sacks or more: Free delivery
Computation: Delivery charge = Number of sacks × Rate per sack.

  • Coverage: Drop-off along main road/highway only.

  • Order Lead Time: Place orders 1–2 days before your delivery date.

  • Pickup Option: Available from our store in Baao, Camarines Sur.

  • Special Routes: Distant locations may require a higher minimum order. Fees may be waived if included in a scheduled route.

Pricing Policy

Baao Rice Trading is committed to offering fair and transparent pricing for all customers. However, due to the dynamic nature of rice supply and market conditions, prices may change depending on the batch or availability of new stocks. All pricing updates will be posted on our official social media channels and website.

  • Unpaid and undelivered orders are subject to updated pricing. Affected customers will be notified immediately if the price of their pending order has changed.

  • To secure or lock in the current price, customers are encouraged to settle their payment in advance, so stocks can be reserved accordingly.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns or exchanges within 3 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Product must be in its original packaging, unopened and untampered.

  • Issues such as spoilage, incorrect variety, or damage must be reported immediately.

  • Exchange will be arranged upon verification.
    Returns are not accepted once the packaging is opened.

Payment Methods

  • We currently do not offer credit terms, but this may be introduced for eligible customers in the future.

  • Accepted payment methods:

    • Cash on Delivery (COD)

    • Bank Transfer (BDO / BPI)

    • GCash / PayMaya

    • Cash payment for pickups

  • For orders over ₱20,000, we request payment via GCash or bank transfer before delivery.

Order Confirmation

  • Orders must be confirmed via SMS, Messenger, or email.

  • A Proforma Invoice will be issued after confirmation, summarizing the order and delivery details.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.

  • Once packed or dispatched, cancellations will no longer be accepted.

  • Frequent cancellations may affect eligibility for future services.

Wholesale Policy

  • Minimum order for pickup: 5 sacks

  • Minimum order for delivery: 10 sacks

  • Wholesale pricing applies to both retailers and institutional buyers.

  • Bulk orders may qualify for additional discounts depending on volume and delivery route.

Product Reservation

While we accept product reservations, our store strictly follows a First Come, First Serve policy. Reservation is allowed only if the stocks are still available at the time of request, or at the time the product is required. 
This policy is in place because we want to ensure that stocks are sold immediately, so we can replenish regularly and always provide fresh stocks to our customers.

Stock Availability

Baao Rice Trading (BRT) relies on the availability of supply from our partnered rice mills. While we aim to maintain consistent stock of our products, actual availability may vary due to seasonal harvests, mill operations, logistics, and demand surges. We encourage customers to place their orders ahead of time especially during peak seasons or high-demand periods. We will notify customers promptly if a particular variety becomes temporarily out of stock and offer alternatives whenever possible.

  • We are committed to providing timely support and clear communication to all our customers.

  • Our team is available via phone, SMS, Messenger, or email to assist with orders, inquiries, and concerns.

  • Feedback is always welcome—we value your experience.

Privacy & Safety Policy

  • All personal and business information you provide is treated with the strictest confidentiality.

  • Your data is securely stored and will never be shared with third parties, affiliates, or external marketers.

  • We take every measure to ensure your information is protected and used only for order fulfillment and internal business processing.

Delivery via Transportify

  • Payment Terms: COD not available. Payment via GCash or Bank Transfer upon delivery.

  • Unloading: Not included. Customer must provide a helper to unload sacks.

  • Timeframe: Delivery within 24 hours, subject to stock availability.
